Job Description

Seeking a Assistant Clinical Director for a licensed residential treatment center serving adolescent girls aged 12–17.

Support clinical operations ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing and accreditation standards.

Assist in treatment planning, documentation, and regulatory adherence.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care.

Participate in staff supervision, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Monitor clinical performance, audits, and risk management processes.

Assist with licensing visits and corrective actions.

Qualifications: Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field; current Utah license or license-eligible; minimum 2 years clinical experience; strong leadership and knowledge of compliance standards.
