The Assistant Clinical Director supports clinical operations at a licensed residential treatment center for adolescent girls aged 12–17.
They assist in overseeing daily clinical services, ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing, accreditation standards, and trauma-informed practices.
Key responsibilities include managing treatment planning, supervising staff, monitoring clinical performance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health field, current Utah licensure or eligibility, and at least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in residential settings.
