Seeking a Assistant Clinical Director for a licensed residential treatment center serving adolescent girls ages 12–17.
Responsibilities include supporting daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Utah DHHS licensing standards and accreditation requirements, overseeing individualized treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in a mental health field, current Utah license or license-eligible, with at least 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or residential settings. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with knowledge of trauma-informed care and regulatory standards, are essential.
