Job Description

Full-time licensed clinician position at Elmwood Community Residence for adolescents aged 12-18 with SED.

Responsibilities include clinical care coordination, treatment team facilitation, community collaboration, screenings, intake, treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning, and group facilitation. Some community work and partnership with family peer advocates are required.

Candidates must have an LMHP license (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC), a valid NYS driver’s license, and pass background checks.

Hours are Monday-Friday with flexible schedules, including day and evening shifts, and on-call duties. The role offers a salary of $70,000-$75,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
