Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services Program in Riverside, CA. This role offers a great opportunity for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to coordinate and oversee Intensive Home-Based Services, including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health assessments for at-risk children and families.


  • Conduct supplemental assessments and treatment planning for TBS clients.
  • Review progress notes, ensure compliance, and coordinate interdisciplinary care with families, caregivers, schools, and community agencies.
  • Perform individual and family therapy as needed and participate in team meetings and training.
  • Ensure program adherence to regulations and complete all required documentation.
  • Possess a Master’s degree in a mental health field and current California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC). Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

    • Offering a salary of $78,300 with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and professional development. Hybrid remote work in Riverside, CA. Must pass background checks, physical, and drug screening. Travel within the Inland Empire is required.
