Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor in Riverside, CA, for our Behavioral Health Services Program.
Provides comprehensive mental health and TBS services for at-risk children and families.Conducts assessments, treatment planning, and reviews to ensure appropriate clinical care.Collaborates with caregivers, schools, and community agencies in an interdisciplinary team approach.Performs individual and family therapy, documents client contacts, and reviews progress notes.Coordinates services with educational and county agencies, ensuring compliance with regulations.Leads staff training, attends supervision and team meetings, and performs additional duties as needed.Requires a Master’s degree, active California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC), crisis management ability, and bilingual skills preferred.Position offers full-time employment, a salary of $78,300, benefits including health insurance, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and flexible work options. Travel within the region may be required.
