Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor in Riverside, CA, for our Behavioral Health Services Program.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to coordinate and oversee Intensive Home-Based Services, including Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health assessments for at-risk children and families.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, case reviews, individual and family therapy, and collaborating with caregivers, schools, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary care. The supervisor ensures compliance with regulations, documents client progress, and participates in team and county meetings.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, active California licensure, crisis management skills, and bilingual ability in Spanish preferred. The position is full-time, with a salary of $78,300, offering benefits like medical, dental, vision, retirement, and professional development.

Hybrid work in Riverside with travel within the region is required.
