Seeking a Licensed Clinician / TBS Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Services Program in Palm Desert, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for newly licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to coordinate and oversee Therapeutic Behavioral Support (TBS) and mental health services for at-risk children and families. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and coordinating with caregivers, schools, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive, interdisciplinary care. The supervisor will ensure compliance with regulations, complete required documentation, participate in supervision and team meetings, and provide staff training. Requirements include a Master’s degree, active California license, crisis management skills, and preferably bilingual Spanish proficiency. The position offers a salary of $78,300, benefits, and a hybrid remote work environment in Palm Desert, CA. Travel within the region is required.
