Job Description

The Licensed Counselor provides direct addiction treatment to adult patients, including individual and group counseling, assessments, and treatment planning.
They serve as a liaison with community agencies, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain patient confidentiality.
The role involves coordinating urinalysis, managing patient files per regulations, and contributing to ongoing treatment and quality improvement efforts.
Qualifications include valid licensure (LADC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or supervised registration, with a valid driver’s license.
Physical demands involve sitting, light lifting, and reaching, while mental requirements emphasize alertness, attention to detail, and following instructions.
