Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a 48-bed residential facility serving youth aged 12-19.
Starting salary is $70,000 for fully licensed counselors, with pay commensurate with experience and licensure. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Reporting to the Clinical Director and COO, the counselor provides therapeutic treatment using milieu therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, and social skills. Qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling or related field, Illinois licensure, and preferably juvenile counseling experience. Technology proficiency is required.
