Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including trauma-informed clinical care, assessments, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and families.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy, clinical assessments, and contribute to ongoing evaluations.
Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, document services per regulatory standards, and coordinate with referral agencies.
Participate in treatment team and discharge planning meetings, support crisis intervention, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Maintain licensure, engage in staff training, and assist with audits and reviews.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree, valid LISW licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT), and 8-10 years preferred.
Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork. Experience with adolescents and trauma is preferred.
