Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including trauma-informed clinical care, assessments, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and families.

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy, clinical assessments, and contribute to ongoing evaluations.
  • Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, document services per regulatory standards, and coordinate with referral agencies.
  • Participate in treatment team and discharge planning meetings, support crisis intervention, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Maintain licensure, engage in staff training, and assist with audits and reviews.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s Degree, valid LISW licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT), and 8-10 years preferred.
  • Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork. Experience with adolescents and trauma is preferred.
