Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services within a new agency.

  • Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, documentation, care coordination, crisis intervention, and participation in team meetings.
  • Support discharge planning and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Requirements encompass a Master’s Degree, valid LISW licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT), and 8-10 years of experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
