Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services within an integrated care setting.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless patient care

Assessing, diagnosing, and designing evidence-based interventions for mental health and chronic conditions

Providing individual, family, and crisis interventions, documenting progress, and coordinating with community resources

Ensuring patient access, meeting productivity goals, and participating in quality improvement initiatives

Maintaining professional credentials, engaging in ongoing training, and supporting clinic goals

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in relevant fields, current California LMFT license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in electronic records and computer use. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
