Licensed Master Social Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team on a contract basis.

Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide counseling and support for mental health, trauma, or life transitions.

Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8, to ensure clients receive essential services.

Assist clients with employment goals through workforce development initiatives.

Use motivational interviewing and client-centered approaches to empower clients.

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and progress.

Qualifications include: Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, strong crisis intervention skills, and familiarity with behavioral health practices. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and travel to Lubbock 1-2 times monthly is required.

Benefits include a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and no weekends. The position offers $38-$40/hr for 10-20 hours/week, with in-person work in San Angelo, TX.
