Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide support to individuals and families in need.

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Offer counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8, to ensure access to services.
  • Assist clients with workforce development and employment goals.
  • Apply motivational interviewing and client-centered counseling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, and strong crisis intervention skills. Familiarity with childcare resources is a plus. Must have excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to travel to Lubbock once or twice monthly. This contract position offers flexible hours (10-20/week), competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.
