Job Description

This full-time social worker position involves direct client contact to provide counseling, referrals, and gather essential data for their well-being.

  • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
  • Establish rapport and build therapeutic trust with clients.
  • Perform intake activities, outreach, and serve as a liaison with community agencies.
  • Apply social work principles, theories, and modern therapeutic methods.
  • Demonstrate strong listening skills and understanding of clients’ needs.
  • Must be a NYS Licensed Social Worker (LMSW required) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
