Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Job Description

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across the Midwest, with immediate openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) specializing or interested in geriatric behavioral health.

Position Details:

• Location: Lansing, MI (flexible part-time or full-time)
• Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for nursing home residents.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapies, seeing 10-15 patients daily with scheduling flexibility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
• Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation and clinical records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited university and 1-2 years’ experience
• Full state licensure (LMSW)
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Proficiency with technology (medical records, MS Office)
• Experience in healthcare settings and Medicare documentation is a plus
