We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting 600+ long-term care facilities across multiple states. Currently seeking *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) for *Part-Time* positions in Battle Creek, MI, focusing on geriatric behavioral health.
Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment through individual, group, and family therapies.
Manage 10-15 patients daily with flexibility for scheduling to promote work-life balance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper clinical documentation.

Qualifications include an LMSW license, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency with technology; experience in nursing homes and Medicare standards is a plus.
