Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC) in Washington to mentor up to 6 Associate Therapists while managing a caseload of 18–24 clients weekly.

  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and group consultation with a trauma-informed, multicultural, LGBTQIA+ affirming approach.
  • Support professional growth in a collaborative, leadership-driven environment.
  • Maintain a flexible hybrid schedule, with in-office and telehealth options.
  • Offer a salary of $75,000–$85,000 with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, 401(k), CEU support, and more.
