Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs, including wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric services across multiple locations in Vermont. We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in the Southern-Central Vermont area.

The role involves individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating referrals. The counselor will support clients in developing emotional skills, repairing relationships, and building community support.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, and active licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.). Candidates must demonstrate empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with EMRs.
