Job Description

Community Health offers a primary care network providing comprehensive services including wellness, dental, behavioral health, pediatric specialties, and walk-in Express Care, serving insured and uninsured individuals across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to deliver mental health treatment to children and adults in Southern-Central Vermont. The role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key functions include maintaining accurate records, facilitating referrals, participating in team planning, and administering assessments. Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in a related field, be licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LADC), and demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
