Licensed Mental Health Clinician – $5,000 Bonus

Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatrics across multiple locations in Vermont.

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults, working with individuals on psychological assessments and therapeutic techniques as part of interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, facilitating referrals, and participating in team care planning.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, active licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LADC, LMFT), strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with EMRs, and a client-centered, recovery-oriented approach.
