Job Description

Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric specialties across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in the Southern-Central Vermont area.

In this role, you will conduct individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate referrals as needed.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services, and active licensure (e.g., LMHC, LICSW). Success relies on empathy, strong communication, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
