Job Description

We are seeking a Master’s Level Licensed Counselor to provide mental health treatment to children and adults in the Southern-Central Vermont area.

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate client records and facilitate referrals as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and participate in care planning.
  • Administer assessments and screenings to support treatment.


    • Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, and active licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).

    Skills needed are empathy, active listening, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
