Job Description

We are a growing private mental health group practice in Pittsboro and Chapel Hill, NC, seeking licensed clinicians (LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), LMFT(A)) to provide individual, couples, and family counseling.

  • Bi-lingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with private practice settings preferred.
  • Part-time positions with potential to transition to full-time independent contractor or salaried roles.
  • Availability for day, evening, and weekend hours required.
  • Credentialing on current insurance panels is strongly preferred; please specify in cover letter.
  • Requires Master’s degree and appropriate licensure in NC.
  • This position is independent contractor, without benefits or paid time off.

    • Pay ranges from $50,075 to $65,000 annually, with up to 40 hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), dental, and health insurance. Scheduling is flexible, allowing you to choose your own hours. Candidates must relocate to Pittsboro, NC before starting.
