Community Health provides primary care, wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric specialty services across multiple locations, serving insured and uninsured patients in Rutland and southern Addison counties.


About the role: The Licensed Mental Health Clinician focusing on pediatrics will deliver mental health treatment to children, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental needs within a primary care setting. Key functions include offering counseling, assessing social needs, developing care plans, conducting therapy sessions, providing education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining documentation, and staying current with best practices.


Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work or related field, licensed clinician credentials, pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills are essential.
