About the Role: A Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment, support, and advocacy for children and their families in primary care settings.

Key Functions:

Offer emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families.

Assess social, environmental, and psychosocial needs, including social determinants of health.

Develop individualized care plans with multidisciplinary teams.

Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

Provide education on coping, disease management, and community resources.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices.

Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to address holistic patient needs.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field, licensure required, pediatric or primary care experience preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills are essential.
