Community Health offers a primary care network with recognized programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatrics, serving insured and uninsured populations across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

About the Role:
The Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics provides mental health treatment to children in Southern-Central Vermont, supporting their social, emotional, and developmental needs within a primary care setting.

Functions:

  • Offer emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families
  • Assess social, environmental, and psychosocial needs
  • Develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct therapy sessions and provide education on coping and resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on best practices

  • Qualifications:
    Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field; licensed clinician (LMHC, LICSW, etc.); pediatric social work experience preferred.
