About the Role: The Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment, support, and advocacy for children and their families in primary care settings. Key responsibilities include offering emotional support, assessing social needs, developing care plans, conducting therapy sessions, providing education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining documentation, and staying current with best practices.


Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field, with licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.), pediatric or primary care experience preferred. Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
