Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatrics, serving insured and uninsured populations across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics to provide mental health treatment and support to children and families in the Southern-Central Vermont area.

Responsibilities include offering emotional support, conducting assessments of social needs, developing individualized care plans, providing therapy, educating families, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining documentation, and staying current on best practices.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field, and current licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.). Prior pediatric or primary care experience is preferred. Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team are essential.
