Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatrics across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics to provide mental health treatment and support to children and families in the primary care setting.

Responsibilities include offering emotional support, assessing social needs, developing care plans, conducting therapy sessions, providing education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree and licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.), with pediatric or primary care experience preferred.
