Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatrics across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics to provide mental health treatment and support to children and families in the primary care setting.

The role involves offering emotional support, conducting assessments, developing care plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The clinician will also educate families, maintain documentation, and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications include a master’s degree and active licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.), with experience in pediatric social work preferred. Skills in communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential.
