About the role: A Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment, emotional support, and advocacy for children and families in the primary care setting.
Key functions include:
Providing counseling and emotional support to pediatric patients and families.
Assessing social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Conducting therapy sessions and delivering educational support.
Maintaining documentation and staying current with best practices.
Required qualifications:
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
Active licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
Experience in pediatric social work and primary care preferred.
Strong communication, empathy, and team collaboration skills.
