About the role: A Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment, emotional support, and advocacy for children and families in the primary care setting.

Key functions include:

  • Providing counseling and emotional support to pediatric patients and families.
  • Assessing social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Developing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Conducting therapy sessions and delivering educational support.
  • Maintaining documentation and staying current with best practices.

  • Required qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Active licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.).
  • Experience in pediatric social work and primary care preferred.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and team collaboration skills.
