Job Description
The Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health support within a primary care network serving children and families in Vermont.
Offer emotional support, counseling, and therapy to pediatric patients and their families. Assess social, emotional, and developmental needs, including environmental and community factors. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct education on coping strategies, disease management, and available resources. Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices. Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on compassionate, ethical care. Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field, licensed clinician credentials, pediatric or primary care experience preferred.
