Community Health is a primary care network offering recognized programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatric specialties across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

**About the Role:**
A Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics will provide mental health treatment and support to children and families in the primary care setting, focusing on social, emotional, and developmental needs.

**Key Functions:**

  • Offer emotional support and counseling to pediatric patients and families.
  • Assess social, environmental, and psychosocial needs.
  • Develop individualized care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct therapy sessions and provide education on coping and community resources.
  • Maintain documentation and stay current with best practices.
  • **Qualifications:**
    Master’s degree in social work, MFT, or counseling; licensed clinician (e.g., LMHC, LICSW); pediatric or primary care experience preferred. Must have strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
