Job Description

Seeking a compassionate *Licensed Mental Health Professional* for our full-service mental health clinic in Pocatello, Idaho.

Join a collaborative team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and case managers to provide *individual, couple, and family counseling* via *in-person and telehealth*.

**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy to clients
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain confidential documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Participate in clinical meetings and trainings

**Qualifications:**
• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
• Active Idaho license
• Experience or new graduate welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and modalities like CBT or DBT
• Proficiency in EHR and Telehealth platforms is a plus
