Licensed Mental Health Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide clinical leadership and supervision to our staff, ensuring high-quality client care.

The role includes

offering clinical direction, staff training, and development,

coordinating services with community and medical partners,

participating in crisis intervention and assessments,

developing treatment and discharge plans,

delivering outpatient therapy,

and

engaging in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications include a master’s degree, licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, and experience in mental health settings. The position is full-time, in person, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
