Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) to provide clinical leadership and supervision for our staff, ensuring high-quality care for clients.

  • Provide clinical oversight, staff training, and supervision according to agency policies.
  • Coordinate and respond to client needs, collaborating with medical and community partners.
  • Assist in crisis intervention, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver outpatient therapy as needed.
  • Conduct assessments, supervise team evaluations, and participate in quality assurance and departmental activities.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s degree (preferred) and valid licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
