Job Description
This full-time Clinical Manager oversees clinical staff at a community mental health center, providing supervision, direction, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provides clinical leadership, staff supervision, and oversight of all services, including crisis intervention and outpatient therapy.
- Coordinates care across programs and with outside providers to ensure continuity of services.
- Participates in assessments, treatment planning, and documentation, ensuring compliance with licensing, Medicaid, and agency standards.
- Supervises case managers and program staff, conducts staff meetings, evaluations, and reviews documentation for quality assurance.
- Ensures staff complete required trainings and participates in agency and state meetings, surveys, and inspections.
- Maintains certifications, licenses, and training records, and leads safety and emergency preparedness activities.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree, licensure as an LPC or LCSW in MS, and at least 1 year of counseling experience preferred.
