Join our faith-based residential treatment center in Morrow, AR, as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to transforming lives of adolescent boys facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and integrating Christian values into care. Additional duties involve facilitating psychoeducational groups, maintaining clinical documentation, participating in staff activities, and offering crisis support.

Qualifications: valid Arkansas counseling license (e.g., LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT), Master’s degree in a relevant field, experience with adolescents, and commitment to faith-based integration. Strong clinical skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency with electronic health records are essential.
