Join a faith-based residential treatment center in Morrow, AR, as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, supporting adolescent boys facing mental health and substance use challenges.

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans aligned with Christian values.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Integrate faith-based principles respectfully into therapeutic practices and facilitate psychoeducational groups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, participate in staff meetings, and offer crisis intervention when needed.
  • Engage with families to support healing and recovery, upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.

    • Qualifications include a valid counseling license, Master’s degree in a related field, experience with adolescents, and a commitment to faith-based care.
