Job Description
Seeking a Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist to support young adults aged 18-20 in a scenic Lake Ozark setting. The role offers an annual salary of $75,000-$80,000, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00am to 5:00pm, onsite at 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO. Relocation assistance is available.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using relational, systemic, and experiential modalities, including adventure and animal-assisted therapy.
Manage a caseload of 8-9 clients, developing personalized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Complete timely, accurate documentation to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
Apply culturally competent, developmentally appropriate approaches tailored to adolescents and young adults.
Participate in ongoing professional development through industry conferences and training in modalities like brainspotting and attachment-focused interventions.
Qualifications include a clinical license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW), with experience in residential settings preferred. Strong clinical skills and a passion for working with teens are essential.
