Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, in outpatient and specialized settings.

  • Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, crisis intervention, and motivational interviewing.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions addressing issues like trauma, grief, addiction, and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and participate in crisis management and clinical research.
  • Provisional licenses (PCSW, PPC) are eligible to apply.

    • Requirements include proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, strong assessment skills, and effective communication. Telehealth experience is a plus.
