Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (W-2) to join a growing, community-focused mental health practice in Marion, Indiana.

  • Provide therapy services addressing anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance client care
  • Utilize trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and team members

    • Ideal candidates are licensed (provisional or full), passionate about trauma work, and adaptable.
