Job Description

Seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to provide counseling services to children (0-18) and families in a supportive, family-friendly setting focused on early attachment and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, group sessions, and collaborating with child protective services. Opportunities for program development and learning diverse therapy techniques, such as play therapy and infant mental health, are available.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Licensed in New Mexico (e.g., LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LISW, LAMFT, LMFT)


  • Benefits include competitive pay ($70,000–$100,000/year), medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible schedules, telehealth options, supervision for licensure, ongoing training, and paid internships. Positions can be full-time, part-time, or contract with a 20-40 hour workweek, primarily Monday–Friday in person and/or remote.
