Job Description

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist for a full-time role in Muscatine, IA with a salary of $75,000 – $95,000 annually.

  • Requires a Master’s degree in mental health, social work, or related field, and valid licensure (LISW, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent), with eligibility for licensure in Iowa and Illinois.
  • Provides outpatient behavioral health services, including telehealth, for an underserved patient population.
  • Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, collaboration with team members, documentation, and community resource referrals.
  • Participates in continuing education, maintains licensing, and adheres to practice requirements.
