Overview:

We are seeking master’s-level therapists with a current or eligible Kansas license for a social worker or counselor role at a rural hospital in Satanta, KS. This position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with a competitive benefits package. The Intensive Outpatient program has shown exceptional treatment outcomes in rural Kansas.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating daily group therapy and maintaining charts
• Completing psychosocial assessments
• Assisting with treatment and discharge planning
• Conducting utilization reviews

Qualifications:

• Master’s license or license-eligible in Kansas
• Experience with geriatric populations
• Experience in individual and group therapy
