Overview:

We advocate for vulnerable individuals unable to advocate for themselves and are a leading behavioral health management provider in the U.S.
We are seeking masters-level therapists with a current or license-eligible Kansas license for a social worker or counselor role at a rural hospital in Satanta, KS.
Positions are full-time, part-time, or PRN, with a competitive benefits package.
The Intensive Outpatient program has achieved high treatment outcomes in rural Kansas.
New therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating group therapy sessions and maintaining charts
  • Completing psychosocial assessments
  • Assisting with treatment and discharge planning
  • Conducting utilization reviews

    • Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling, with a Kansas license or eligibility
  • Experience with geriatric populations
  • Experience in individual and group therapy
