Job Description

Seeking a licensed mental health counselor in Illinois (or willing to become licensed) to provide trauma-focused, compassionate care in a full-time role.


  • Provide individual counseling and advocacy for clients with behavioral health diagnoses.
  • Assess needs, set treatment goals, and document progress.
  • Work in Chester, Sparta, or Red Bud, Illinois, with flexible schedules.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in a social service field, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license, and at least 1 year of counseling experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and computer proficiency required.
  • Must pass background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet all licensing and safety standards.
