Job Description

Seeking a *licensed mental health counselor* in Illinois (or willing to become licensed) for a full-time, trauma-focused role providing behavioral health services.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, setting treatment goals, and delivering counseling and advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in a Social Service Program
  • LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license
  • 1+ year counseling experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and background checks
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
